A brief insight into Chi Medics
A Multifaceted Therapy
Chi Medics via the Feet has evolved from our understanding of the Chinese philosophy, Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM, as distinct from TCM), acupressure, and Wholistic Numerology, as well as Advanced Clinical Reflexology based upon a consistent perspective of the feet™ grounded by the Anatomical Reflection Theory™ and Chi-Reflexology™, which is chi or energy put into a Reflexology framework. So, Chi Medics is the culmination of 60 years of Moss Arnold and Sharon Windle’s combined understanding of the knowledge and clinical experience.
Chi Medics as a session is designed specifically for the individual and at that time based upon the messages of the body translated into chi or energy. So, it is an energy approach via the feet and body.
As a result, Chi Medics emphasis is on working the energy through the feet and only working those reflexes necessary. It has many characteristics in common with Reflexology, is less based upon Reflexology theory and practice, and more upon our understanding of the Chinese philosophy and its application to body therapies including Reflexology. It is a whole new way of thinking and working.
Although the training developed in the early 1990s in isolation in Australia, it has continued to evolve through an expansion of our understanding of the knowledge and experience, and it is continuing to grow even now. It is a living, breathing therapeutic approach which grows as our understanding does. “As ye give, so shall ye receive.” The Chinese put it perfectly: “You learn it and you spend the rest of your life trying to master it.” You never get there as it is not a destination but rather a journey.
There are so many aspects of Chi Medics that are significant and unique to the approach and in fact it is the whole approach combined that has resulted in major breakthroughs in treating the human being via the feet. It is definitely a therapy for the future.
Moss and Sharon have analysed the whole Chi Medics approach and realised that its success is in fact due to it being a multi-faceted approach, using a deep understanding of the knowledge in a respectful way.
Our Chi Medics qualified practitioners are reporting consistently excellent results for their clients: the difference is significant. We are growing together, as a collective. It is gathering excellent anecdotal evidence, from many specialised areas.

The expansion of Chi Medics is happening naturally through the Qualified Chi Medics Practitioners, a marvellous team of dedicated therapists are now bringing their experiences to the table of knowledge, new discoveries are being witnessed in many areas of health care and wellbeing.
The flexibility of Chi Medics via the Feet allows it to be used in a large variety of areas, Chi Medics practitioners work in many specialised sectors including, schools for children with diverse needs, fertility, support with pain management, women’s health, babies and children, pre and post operative care and senior wellbeing & end of life care.
It is a bright beginning for a unique therapy which is only just being realised for its future potential.

Chi Medics, like CCM, is learnt experientially rather than from books. It is so important to have a teacher who is qualified and experienced enough to be able to guide, educate, interpret and explain the experiences.
It is a wonderful new tool that as you use it, you learn more about it and the more you understand it, the more you can use it.
So, it is not only multi-faceted but also multi-levelled. Sharon and Moss are always on hand for their course participants to explore results and offer insights if they are required.
Chi Medics via the feet is 'Wholistic' (It works with the whole person on every level)
By working with Chi Medics and its unique approach, you are in fact working wholistically as Chi covers all Four Levels of Existence: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
No one level isn’t involved.
It is also a philosophical approach based on the Hippocratic Oath – “I shall do no harm” and so works with the body rather than against it; and the approach is one of gently communicating with body and asking the body to correct imbalances of Chi in whatever manifestation it appears via simple, specific, unique and advanced techniques developed over many years of clinical experience.
